Information about the 365-day money-back guarantee
If you create a test app now, it qualifies for our 365-day money-back guarantee. Exceptions can be found in paragraph 4. With the 365-day money-back guarantee, we want to enable risk-free testing. The following conditions apply:
1. Sequence
You create a test app and decide to launch your app during the test phase and book it using “book now”. You then receive the invoice and pay it.
2. Conditions
– You booked it within 30 days
– Termination must be made in writing 3 months before the end of the contract year with reference to the 365 money-back guarantee.
3. Description
If the guarantee is claimed, we will refund you all costs charged directly by us for the app and its features. The only exception is the advertising material.
4. Exceptions
The 365-day money-back guarantee does not apply to apps that are in a volume or fixed price contract.
